The Brazilian Film Festival of Miami is recognized by
Brazil’s Ministry of Culture and Audiovisual Bureau as a
Festival of market and business. This is crucial towards one
of the festival’s main objectives: to provide a great
platform for the commercialization, distribution and
exhibition of Brazilian films within the US. In order to
achieve that objective, the organizers will again create the
Marketplace – a series of seminars and panels set up during
the festival with the presence of representatives of the
International Film Market, including large American studios,
local independent filmmakers and providers of
services/products and Brazilian film entities.
